Terms

• Credits are prepaid. Credits that were used are not refunded. Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase or grant (free signup credits expire too).
• A call that fails because the upstream registry is unavailable, or because of an internal error, is refunded automatically: you get the credit back.
• A "not found" answer is a definitive answer from the registry and is charged.
• Use of the API is subject to fair use.
• API keys are personal and can be revoked by you at any time. Do not share them.
• After a chargeback the account is suspended until the resulting debt is settled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record.
• No warranty on registry accuracy: we relay what the registry publishes, together with the date of the data (data_as_of). Check the registry itself where a decision depends on it.
